WE SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING CHARITIES AND ORGANISATIONS IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY OF OUTDOOR ENTHUSIASTS:
TWEED VALLEY MOUNTAIN RESCUE TEAM
Our local mountain rescue team is a busy group of highly skilled and dedicated volunteers who help keep us all safe in the hills. They are largely self-financing and raising the funds necessary to keep themselves operational is a vital part of their activities.
We provide financial support and also donate gift vouchers that are used by the team as raffle prizes and awards in their Challenge Walk. We also have a collecting tin in the shop so that customers can contribute.
